Return & Refund Policy

At Shopexxo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags, where applicable.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Shopexxo may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or may be payable by the customer.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For COD orders, refusing or repeatedly cancelling orders may affect our ability to accept future COD orders.
